In order to run Roxen 5.0 on top of Pike 7.7 you need:
a. To get bleeding edge Roxen from CVS.
b. To get bleeding edge Pike from CVS and compile it from source
(this needs mysql-dev to be installed).
c. Apply my set of patches to the Roxen 5.0 tree.
Steps a & c can be combined if you simply fetch the BuGless branch from
my Roxen git repository.
