SPF requires the mechanisms to be separated from the following parameter
by a colon, not by an equal sign.
I.e. it should have been:
_spf.roxen.com. 21600 IN TXT "v=spf1 ip4:212.247.28.0/23
ip4:127.0.0.1 include:gmail.com -all"
