How to disable a database with a shell script Graeme Davis <Graeme[dot]Davis[at]VerizonBusiness[dot]c> 17-10-2006 
I have to need to disable some Oracle databases that are linked in Roxen
(when an Oracle server goes down, roxen hangs trying to establish
connections).  I've updated the info in db_permissions in the roxen
database, but the GUI does not see the changes.. What do I  need to do to
force an update?
