Hi,

I'm using Roxen 4.5
constant __roxen_version__ = "4.5";
constant __roxen_build__ = "82";


I have an Crypto.MD5.hash() encoded messages which I want to pass  
through the url to a second page.

A given MD5 is  Y,9¼DTkÎŽ'jÖ™È
This is passed through the url as:  Y%08%2c9¼DT%00kΎ%27j֙È
And when entered in the page I see it as: Y,9¼DTkΎ'jÖ 
™È

That is not valid for comparing anymore, is this a browser  
limitation, or does the encode/decode steps in roxen go wrong?
