roxen is running, opening on port 22202, but telnet localhost 22202 fails
I cannot access the CIF now, the browser dialog say:
"the Connection was refused when attempting to cantact roxentest:22202"
But my company use the elder release of pike and roxen 1.3.122 (pike 0.6)
