That's quite strange! I just tried to reproduce the problem - to no
avail. If I create a site and name it "Default Site", it shows up as
intended. FYI I'm using Roxen V4.0.425.

You could have a look at your roxen configuration directory
('/your/roxen-serverpath/configurations') and examine/delete/move the
broken(?) configuration file.

According to my quick tests I would say no.
