I've tried both:

/MyHardDrive/MySiteFolder/
MyHardDrive/MySiteFolder/

and a few other variations.

in both the Mount Point and the Search Path with no success.  Yes, I  
do have an index.html in that folder and the Index files in Directory  
Listings is set up right too it would appear.
