Hey.
This has happened to me in previous versions of Roxen too, but in the
new one it is even reproducible, so I decided to ask around.
Basically, I have a large file served by standard Roxen FS module, and
it only downloads 150KB, then hangs, both using Mozilla Firefox and
wget.
Roxen active connections show the old connections not being cleared out:

Roxen version 4.0.425, compiled from source with pgsql, site imported
from older version, no nothing special set by me for max filesizes or
something.
Any ideas?
